Our Approach
Our approach puts the child at the centre.
Every child develops differently and arrives at nursery with their own personality, interests, experiences and needs. Our role is to recognise and nurture these differences rather than expect every child to learn or develop in exactly the same way.
Our practitioners observe children carefully, listen to their ideas and provide experiences that build upon their natural curiosity.
Relationships Matter
For children to explore confidently, they first need to feel safe and secure.
We place great importance on building positive, trusting relationships between children and the key worker adult caring for them.
Through consistent care, reassurance and encouragement, we aim to create an environment in which every child feels valued and has a sense of belonging.
Working With Families
Parents and carers know their children best.
Good communication between home and nursery allows us to understand children’s individual routines, needs, interests and experiences and helps us provide consistent care.
We value the relationships we build with our families and encourage parents and carers to speak to us whenever they have questions or would like to discuss their child’s nursery experience.
